Thank you for supporting Orchid Archive. Each piece is created with intention and care, and many items are produced to order to reduce waste and ensure quality.

Processing & Production Time
All Orchid Archive items are made to order. Please allow 3–6 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be processed, produced, and prepared for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by location and shipping carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States.

Delays
Production and shipping times may occasionally be extended due to high order volume, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare your piece.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. If a package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. Orchid Archive is happy to assist if further support is needed.
